Chief Executive Officer
Greg graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 1991 with an honours BAI in Engineering and BA in Mathematics. In 1995, Greg recognised the need for flexible mobile solutions in the distribution industry and founded Sentrio Technologies Ltd. Greg's expertise lies in both computer analysis and computer programming. Prior to working in Sentrio, Greg worked in global organisations such as Apple (US), Bank of Ireland and various contracting roles.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 1982 with an honours degree in Business Studies. In 1999, he graduated with a Masters in Business Administration. Mark joined Sentrio Technologies in 1996 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mark is responsible for the formulation and implementation of financial strategy for Sentrio Technologies Ltd. Before joining Sentrio, Mark established a children's shoe import business in North America which he successfully sold before returning to Ireland to become financial director of SHS (Food & Beverage distribution company). Mark is a director of a number of companies including Insomnia (chain of coffee shops).
Chairman
Robert is currently the managing director of 3 Ireland. He is an 11-year veteran of Hutchison Whampoa Limited – 3’s parent company. From 1998 to 2003, he served as CEO of its beverage division – Watson’s – a 3,000-employee company with an annual turnover of US$200m. In this position, Finnegan strategically led the development of its water business in Europe under the Powwow brand, building it to market leader position. He also initiated and led the divestiture of Powwow to Nestle for US$545m. Prior to his role as CEO at Watson’s, Finnegan held positions as Financial Controller and Finance and Strategic Planning Director at Hutchison for six years.
Non-executive Director
Ian's entrepreneurial background includes the starting and running of businesses in the UK and Ireland in the distribution and the retail sectors. Ian has consulting experience with IBI Corporate Finance, in mergers, acquisitions and flotations and has worked as a consultant with Andersen Consulting, primarily, in the telecommunications sector. Ian is the chief operations officer / CEO UK and Ireland of Vision Consulting.
Sales Director
Finbarr graduated from NIHE (Dublin City University) in 1988 with a degree in Business Studies. Finbarr joined Sentrio Technologies in 1995 as Chief Operations Officer. Liaising between the technical and non-technical side of Sentrio, Finbarr translates individual business requirements into technical specifications and develops sales and marketing strategies. Prior to joining Sentrio, Finbarr worked in the IT department of Bank of Ireland, supporting its international banking offices worldwide.
Non-executive Director
Maura is Executive Director of eircom enterprise fund ltd., the early stage venture capital subsidiary of eircom. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Patrick's College, Maynooth (NUI) and holds a postgraduate Diploma in Production Engineering and an MBA from the University of Limerick. She sits on the boards of a number of young technology companies. She left eircom towards the end of 2001, to pursue fresh challenges in the venturing field, having previously managed eircom New Ventures and a team of project development managers with specialist experience in new venture creation, corporate spinouts, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship. Previously, she worked with Shannon Development for nine years specialising in providing capital to growing businesses. Other experience spans quality engineering and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry here and abroad.
