A number of clients use the full suite of online functionality available and manage all aspects of their customer relationship management (CRM), including Sales Order Processing (SOP), service management, distribution, billing, receipt processing and credit control through the facilities provided.
There are other customers who don't want the full suite of online functions, but do need more than basic handheld device managment. They use a subset of the full online system.
