System Notifications
One of the strengths of the system is its ability to notify key individuals of an exceptional event enabling them to respond
and take corrective action almost immediately. The individuals notified can be configured by exception type.
Unique Features
This whole module is unique in that it controls and manages the exceptions that can during normal daily business operation.
Some of the key features are:
- Define exceptions - the events that need to be notified can be configured by Sentrio and touch most aspects of the system
- Configure recipients - a specific list of recipients can be configured for each exception type
- Notification type - the default notification method is by email, but other methods can also be configured by Sentrio

Examples of Notifications
Examples of the type of notifications that can be generated will help to explain the power of this feature:
- Delivery details changed - notify transport/logistics manager if any details on a delivery are modified by the customer
- Asset serial number duplicated - notify the asset manager if an asset has been delivered to a location while the system reports it being elsewhere
- Unproductive visit - notify account manager if a customer refuses a delivery
- Credit control not logged in by specified time - notify financial controller/credit control manager if an Operator has not logged in by a specified time
